How it works
The classifier learned from tens of thousands of real emails that had already been sorted into spam and legitimate mail, and it compares anything you paste against the patterns it picked up.
The whole model is small enough to ship with the page, so classification happens on your device and what you paste is never sent anywhere.
Getting a useful result
- Include the subject line along with the body. Both carry signal.
- Paste the message as received, before any forwarding text is added.
- The email it learned from is a decade old, so modern marketing mail can read as legitimate.
